These terms apply to all services provided by Lawton Insulation and use of the website www.lawtoninsulation.com.
By using this website or requesting services from Lawton Insulation, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or request services. We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site or our services after a change is posted means you accept the updated terms.
Lawton Insulation provides residential and commercial insulation contracting services in southwest Oklahoma, including but not limited to spray foam insulation, attic insulation, blown-in insulation, crawl space insulation, vapor barrier installation, and air sealing services.
All services are performed by Lawton Insulation or its authorized subcontractors. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion, including jobs that cannot be safely or properly completed given site conditions.
Estimates provided by Lawton Insulation are based on information available at the time of the assessment. Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued, unless otherwise stated. Estimates are not guarantees of final cost.
If conditions discovered during the work differ materially from what was assessed - for example, hidden moisture damage, pest activity, or structural issues - we will notify you before proceeding with any work that would change the scope or cost. Additional work requires your written or verbal approval.
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax will be applied where required by Oklahoma law.
Jobs are scheduled once a written estimate is accepted. We will confirm your appointment date and provide a window of arrival. Arrival times are estimates and may be affected by weather, prior jobs, or other circumstances outside our control.
If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled start time may result in a cancellation fee to cover travel and scheduling costs. We reserve the right to reschedule in the event of severe weather or other safety concerns.
If a crew arrives and cannot access the work area due to conditions outside what was agreed (for example, a locked gate or an unprepared crawl space), a trip charge may apply.
You are responsible for ensuring that the work area is accessible and prepared before our crew arrives. This includes clearing stored items from attic or crawl space access points, providing working access to the property, and disclosing any known hazards such as asbestos, mold, or pest infestations.
You agree that all information provided to us about the property - including its age, prior work, and current condition - is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Failure to disclose material information may affect the outcome of the work and may relieve Lawton Insulation of responsibility for issues arising from undisclosed conditions.
Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing before the job begins. We accept cash, check, and electronic payment methods as communicated at the time of estimate.
For larger commercial or multi-phase projects, a deposit may be required to reserve scheduling and secure materials. Deposit terms will be stated clearly in the written estimate.
Accounts not paid within 30 days of the invoice date may be subject to a late fee and referral to collections. Lawton Insulation reserves the right to place a lien on the property for unpaid work in accordance with Oklahoma lien law.
Lawton Insulation stands behind the quality of its installation work. If you believe work was not completed as described in your written estimate, notify us within 30 days of project completion and we will assess the issue and, where warranted, correct it at no additional charge.
Manufacturer warranties on insulation materials are separate from our installation workmanship warranty and are governed by each manufacturer's terms. We will provide documentation of materials used so you can register any applicable product warranties.
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by conditions beyond our control after the work is complete, including water intrusion from roof leaks, pest damage, flooding, or structural movement.
To the fullest extent permitted by Oklahoma law, Lawton Insulation's total liability for any claim arising out of services performed or materials installed is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific job giving rise to the claim.
Lawton Insulation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages - including lost income, loss of use, or damage to property not directly caused by our work - even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree that it will be resolved through binding arbitration in Lawton, OK under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless both parties agree in writing to a different process. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of OK (Oklahoma), without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action not subject to arbitration must be filed in a court of competent jurisdiction in Lawton, OK.
